Conditions and Terms
Spain Houses for the purposes of
this document it will be known as the Lessor. This clauses is not a renting
contract of domicil, but of tourist occupation, there is no forced extend.
Lessee
The People, Peoples or organization who contracts with Lessor for the rental
of one of their holiday-homes.
Booking
Confirmation by the prospective lessee of his, her or their requirements
stating the details of the property, the required dates for it's use and any
additional services or facilities that are required. The confirmation must
be in writing by fax, e-mail or letter. Lessor will acknowledge receipt of
satisfactory bookings and the advance payment by e-mail. Written
confirmation of acceptance of the booking by Lessor establishes the
existence of a binding contract.
Binding Contract
The agreement between Lessor and the lessee that has been established by the
exchange of the confirmed booking and it's acknowledgement.
Advance payment
This is the non-refundable amount of the property. . In case of cancellation
there will not be any refund
Deposit
As a normal procedure, upon occupation of your house, it is neccessary to
pay the amount of 150 euros, which is a renfundable deposit, providing at the
end of the holiday, that the house is in good order.
Payment
Payment can be made in each money by bank transfer. The payment of any fees
or charges levied for the bank transfer is the responsibility of the Lessee.
Lessor will provide an account number for this purpose which can be obtained
by request. Lessor do not accept credit cards.
Occupants
Number of occupants must not be more than the contract states and correct
use of the house is expected at all times, otherwise you will be asked
to leave, without notice or compensation
Entrance-Departure
Houses can be occupied from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival. The houses are
vacated by outging clients at 10 a.m. on the departure day.
The lessor will not be responsible for luggage, personal belongings or
values of the clients.
Declaration
The submission of a firm booking in the manner prescribed earlier in these
conditions will signify that the prospective Lessee fully understands and
accepts these terms and conditions.
